Children's Summer Activities 2016

Summer is upon us and to our children that means no school and plenty of fun!  These months are important downtime from regular classes. Our children want and need to remain active and continue to develop their social skills as they grow.  This week will consist of 4 days of planned activities to help nurture young minds and bodies. 

 

 

 

 

Mario’s Bowl

Date:                            Tuesday, August 16, 2016                     

Time:                            1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.

Description:                The afternoon will consist of 2 hours of bowling at Mario’s Bowling Alley.  Pizza and beverages will be provided. Families                                            are welcome to come on out and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon.

 

Silvercity Cineplex

Date:                            Wednesday, August 17, 2016                

Time:                            TBA  (Depends on Matinee Selection)

Description:                Tickets will be purchased for a movie Matinee of your choice.  Please contact Marcia Pedri for further information or to                                                register for this event.

 

Mapletops Activity Centre

Date:                            Thursday, August 18, 2016        

Time:                            1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Description:                An indoor wilderness theme adventure park with interactive activities and games will have your child exercising, exploring,                                         learning and developing valuable skills – all while playing and having fun.  Pizza and beverages will be provided.

 

Chippewa Park

Date:                            Friday, August 19, 2016            

Time:                            12:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.

Description:                The afternoon will be spent out at Chippewa Park where there will be games, crafts and numerous activities                                                                   available to the children.  The children will also be taken to Chippewa Park’s Amusement Rides where they will be able to go                                       on several rides each.  BBQ lunch and beverages will be provided.
