We are pleased to announce that Paawidigong First Nations Forum, in conjunction with Lac des Mille Lacs First Nation, is looking for feedback on Mental Health and Addictions Programs and Services through a short survey that is open to all Band and Community Members.  Please thoroughly complete the Survey titled “Online Mental Health Engagement Survey” for your chance to win one of three prizes. 

 

 

 

All survey participants will be entered into a draw with the three following prizes:

1st Name Drawn - $200.00

2nd Name Drawn - $150.00

3rd Name Drawn - $100.00

The cut-off date for entries into the draw will be Friday, November 25, 2016 with the draws to be held and announced on our Community website on Monday, November 28, 2016.

Paawidigong First Nations Forum Inc, is a not-for-profit organization that was established on February 22, 1996 and provides culturally appropriate health and social programs and services to the First Nation communities within the Dryden Tribal Area (website: www.pfnf.ca).  Grand Council Treaty 3 has requested each region in Treaty #3, to conduct the Mental Health Engagement process in order to gather the data and compile it into a report that will be submitted to the Ministry of Community and Social Services to review.  PFNF is working with Lac des Mille Lacs First Nation to gather the pertinent data.  This process is geared to gain equal access and equal funding for each First Nation to utilize in regards to delivering Mental Health and Addictions Services.
